About the role
The Cross Border Operations Operator leads the distribution centre team responsible for inbound, outbound, sorting and hand‑over activities. The role focuses on processing cross‑border volumes and ensuring accurate data for third‑party vendor billing.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the distribution centre team handling inbound, outbound, sort and hand‑over operations.
- Process and monitor cross‑border shipment volumes.
- Maintain hand‑over data to support billing for third‑party vendors.
- Coordinate with the Customer Operations team to improve buyer communication and customer experience.
- Provide on‑the‑job training for new team members.
- Track and follow up intercity movement of forward and reverse loads.
- Monitor and address backlog in the distribution centre and intercity movements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience managing a large team.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Required skills
- Intermediate‑level Excel proficiency.
