DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the infrastructure that powers Tudoholic, a high‑velocity cash‑on‑delivery e‑commerce operation in Nepal. You will be responsible for maintaining a live system built on Docker Compose, Redis and SQLite/Drizzle, integrating with Shopify, and preparing the platform for a custom multi‑module ERP.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the production environment running on external subscription servers.
• Manage Docker Compose stacks, Redis caches and SQLite/Drizzle databases.
• Ensure data sovereignty by migrating operational and customer data to infrastructure under company control.
• Collaborate with the engineering lead to design and implement a proprietary ERP/OMS/IMS/WMS solution.
• Optimize costs and performance of the Shopify storefront while planning its eventual replacement.
• Provide tooling and automation to support rapid scaling from 1,000 to 10,000 daily orders.

Required profile

• Senior‑level DevOps experience working on production systems.
• Proven ability to take ownership of complex infrastructure projects.
