Front Desk Officer – Guest Relations (Spa Hospitality)

About the role

We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for guests at our spa hospitality facility. You will manage reception duties, coordinate appointments, and ensure each visitor enjoys a seamless and welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests professionally and warmly.
• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Explain spa services, packages, pricing, and ongoing offers.
• Manage front‑desk operations, guest records, and daily appointment schedules.
• Coordinate with therapists and internal teams to guarantee timely service delivery.
• Address guest feedback, concerns, and complaints in a courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate billing, cash/online payment records, and daily reports.
• Follow up with guests regarding appointments and services when required.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professionally presented.
• Support customer retention by nurturing relationships with regular guests.
• Perform additional front‑office and guest‑service duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in front desk, guest relations, customer service, spa, salon, hotel, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant, service‑oriented personality.
• Fluent English and proficient Nepali.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/booking systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
