Front End Developer

About the role

Kalash Services Pvt. Ltd., a leading BPO company in Nepal, is looking for a creative Front End Developer to design and implement responsive, user‑friendly web interfaces. You will work closely with designers and back‑end developers to deliver high‑quality web experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, interactive websites and web applications.
• Transform UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional front‑end code.
• Write clean, maintainable HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Build reusable components using modern frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js or Angular.
• Optimize performance and ensure cross‑browser/device compatibility.
• Integrate front‑end code with REST APIs and back‑end services.
• Identify and fix UI, usability, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with designers, back‑end developers, and other team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Front‑End Developer.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
