Full Stack Developer

About the role

Focal Tech Point is seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain complete websites and web applications. You will work on all layers of the stack, from visual front‑end implementation to database and server‑side logic, ensuring fast, secure, and responsive user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end web solutions, covering both front‑end and back‑end components.
• Transform design concepts into responsive, attractive, and user‑friendly interfaces.
• Create and manage databases, APIs, and server‑side functionality.
• Ensure performance, security, and cross‑browser/device compatibility.
• Maintain and update existing sites, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Integrate CMS platforms such as WordPress and third‑party tools when required.
• Collaborate closely with designers and the broader team to deliver high‑quality work.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience building websites and web applications.
• Strong front‑end expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a modern framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Solid back‑end experience with Node.js, PHP, or Python.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu.
