About the role
HiTech Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join its Kathmandu team. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end components of web applications, delivering responsive, scalable, and secure solutions for accounting and ERP products.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Build and sustain robust back‑end services, APIs, and business logic with Node.js, Express/NestJS or Python.
- Manage relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, optimizing schemas and queries.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth 2.0.
- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI tools and third‑party APIs where applicable.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work both independently and within a team.
- Good communication skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Required skills
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap.
- React.js (or Vue.js/Angular), Next.js (optional).
- Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, Python.
- RESTful API design, JWT, OAuth 2.0.
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
- Git, GitHub, GitLab.
- Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP.
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) – optional.
- TypeScript, AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex) – advantageous.
