Full Stack Developer – Junior to Mid Level

About the role

Kalash Services is expanding its technology team to build a cloud‑based SaaS platform. We are looking for two full‑stack developers to join our Kathmandu office, working closely with the Tech Lead to deliver core product features across the web application and backend.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features from the PostgreSQL data model through the NestJS API to the React front‑end.
• Write unit and integration tests, fix bugs, and participate in code reviews.
• Build internal tools such as data‑entry screens, exports, dashboards, and other backlog items.
• Follow engineering standards to ensure APIs are ready for future mobile consumption.

Required profile

• Solid experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and React for front‑end development.
• Hands‑on experience with a Node.js backend and SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Comfortable working in two‑week sprint cycles, receptive to feedback, and able to explain code decisions.
• Motivated to grow into a senior engineer as the platform scales.
