About the role

Roadhouse Group is looking for a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join its front‑of‑house team in Kathmandu. This full‑time, on‑site position is the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage seating arrangements, and maintain an organized waiting area.
• Handle reservations, waitlists, and table turnover in coordination with the service team.
• Answer phone calls, provide accurate menu and service information, and address special requests or accessibility needs.
• Support the collection of guest feedback and ensure front‑of‑house cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet restaurant operating hours.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Clear communication and phone etiquette.
• Experience with reservations and basic front‑of‑house coordination.
• Reliability, time‑management, and the ability to stay calm during busy periods.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to Roadhouse’s standards of integrity and inclusivity.
