About the role

Babal Wears is seeking a motivated HR Executive to support its growing team in Kathmandu. This role focuses on recruitment, employee coordination, and day‑to‑day HR administration, offering a great opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in human resources.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and attendance/leave files.
  • Prepare and update HR reports, files, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate with employees and internal teams on HR‑related matters while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Assist the HR team with ongoing people and administrative initiatives.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Professional, positive, responsible, and team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
