Implementation Coordinator

About the role

The Implementation Coordinator will act as the single point of contact to ensure smooth client training, system implementation and post‑go‑live support for IMS Software’s customized solutions. This full‑time onsite role requires close collaboration with sales, the implementation team and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client training and system implementation, monitor progress, update and close implementation tickets promptly.
• Maintain professional communication in WhatsApp groups, document client requests, prioritize urgent tickets and follow up until resolution.
• Collect client feedback after implementation and prepare structured status reports for the Managing Director.
• Liaise continuously with the Sales team to capture special client requirements and ensure they are briefed to the implementation team.
• Oversee the implementation team’s client interactions, appearance, punctuality and adherence to schedules.
• Ensure the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system is fully functional, data is entered correctly and feedback on processes is gathered.
• Submit regular implementation progress reports, highlight delays or concerns and act as the central coordination hub.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar Sales Force Automation) system usage.
