In-house Nurse – Home Healthcare

About the role

Doctors On Call (DOC) is seeking an In‑house Nurse to join its home‑healthcare team in Kathmandu. The role combines coordination of nursing staff with direct patient care, ensuring high‑quality services are delivered to patients at their doorstep.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate nurse deployment, scheduling, leave management and arrange timely replacements.
• Supervise nursing staff through performance monitoring, attendance tracking, patient feedback and on‑site quality assurance.
• Organise orientation and training programmes, identify skill gaps and support continuous staff development.
• Work closely with the Nursing Manager and CRM team to ensure smooth daily operations and case management.
• Visit new home‑care patients, facilitate contract signing, conduct regular follow‑up visits and coordinate appropriate nurse placement.
• Provide direct nursing care when required and perform additional duties assigned by the Nursing Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or PCL Nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
• Valid Nursing License registered with the Nepal Nursing Council.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence and own two‑wheeler for field visits.
