Junior Business Development Executive

About the role

The Junior Business Development Executive will support the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building client relationships. This entry‑level position offers exposure to sales processes and market research, ideal for recent graduates eager to start a career in business development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential leads through calls, emails, networking and online research.
• Research prospective clients, market trends and competitors.
• Contact prospects, present the company’s products/services and schedule meetings.
• Assist the business development team during client discussions and follow‑up activities.
• Maintain and regularly update client and lead databases.
• Develop long‑term relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing or a related area; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and willing to travel when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
