About the role
We are seeking a qualified Lawyer to provide strategic legal advice and ensure compliance across our group of companies. The role can be performed on a full‑time or part‑time basis, offering flexibility while handling a broad range of legal matters.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advisory and risk management for the group.
- Conduct legal research and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate litigation and liaise with government authorities.
- Handle corporate, labour, civil and commercial matters.
- Draft and review contracts, licensing agreements and other legal documents.
- Manage intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents and copyrights.
Required profile
- LLB degree (passed out).
- Strong legal research and drafting abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple companies and diverse legal issues simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
