Legal Intern – Corporate Law & Arbitration

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join our corporate practice. The role offers hands‑on exposure to corporate law, foreign direct investment structuring, and international arbitration while working alongside experienced lawyers.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior lawyers on corporate and commercial matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft memoranda, and review documents.
• Assist in preparing contracts, filings, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate client matters and maintain organized case files.
• Gain practical experience in FDI, cross‑border transactions, and arbitration work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law (completed).
• Commitment to a long‑term career in corporate law.
• Strong legal research and drafting abilities.
• Interest in corporate law, FDI, and international arbitration.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
