About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated MBA graduate to join our finance team. The role offers the opportunity to work across multiple functions, drive business performance and develop leadership skills in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sales, profitability and overall business performance.
  • Analyze financial and operational key performance indicators.
  • Manage inventory, control costs and improve productivity.
  • Lead and develop store managers.
  • Coordinate with Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain and other functions.
  • Promote data‑driven decision making and operational excellence.

Required profile

  • MBA or MBS from a recognized institution with a strong quantitative background.
  • Excellent grades in mathematics or related subjects at both bachelor’s and master’s levels.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business applications, MIS, business analysis or related analytical functions (preferred).
  • Recent graduates with outstanding academic performance and leadership potential are also encouraged to apply.
