About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated MBA graduate to join our finance team. The role offers the opportunity to work across multiple functions, drive business performance and develop leadership skills in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales, profitability and overall business performance.
- Analyze financial and operational key performance indicators.
- Manage inventory, control costs and improve productivity.
- Lead and develop store managers.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain and other functions.
- Promote data‑driven decision making and operational excellence.
Required profile
- MBA or MBS from a recognized institution with a strong quantitative background.
- Excellent grades in mathematics or related subjects at both bachelor’s and master’s levels.
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- 1–2 years of experience in business applications, MIS, business analysis or related analytical functions (preferred).
- Recent graduates with outstanding academic performance and leadership potential are also encouraged to apply.
