MERN Full Stack Instructor

About the role

Mindrisers Institute of Technologies is looking for a passionate MERN Full Stack Instructor to deliver high‑quality training in modern web development. You will guide aspiring developers through both front‑end and back‑end concepts, helping them build industry‑ready projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training sessions covering MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js and core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, ES6+).
• Explain RESTful API development, MVC architecture, CRUD operations, state management, asynchronous programming and database optimization.
• Provide hands‑on coding labs, real‑world project mentorship, code reviews and constructive feedback.
• Create assignments, quizzes, and project‑based assessments; evaluate student performance and offer improvement guidance.
• Maintain an engaging classroom environment, track attendance and progress, and coordinate with the academic team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience developing with the MERN stack or teaching full‑stack web development.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring learners.
