Motion Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to lead the creation of high‑impact visual content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling. You will manage projects from concept through final delivery, working closely with marketers, developers, and clients across travel, education, finance, and sports sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and motion‑graphics direction for social media, websites, print, and digital campaigns.
• Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce animated content, video edits, and motion graphics for ads, reels, and brand videos.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and motion outputs and evolve brand guidelines as needed.
• Collaborate with marketers, developers, and clients; mentor and review junior designers.
• Produce high‑quality visuals and animations for posts, advertisements, infographics, presentations, and video campaigns.
• Manage file organization, version control, and design workflows across projects.
• Stay ahead of design and motion trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Motion Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a design role with a strong portfolio showcasing static and motion work.
• Proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end and mentor junior designers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time‑management skills.
• Familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX tools is a plus.
• Experience with 2D/3D animation, sound design, or storyboard creation is an advantage.
