National Sales Head – Mobile Division

About the role

The National Sales Head will lead the Mobile Division, shaping strategy, driving revenue, and expanding market presence across the country. This senior position reports to senior management and oversees a large sales and distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall business strategy, setting annual, quarterly and monthly sales, revenue and market‑share targets.
• Lead the sales function across retail, distribution, institutional and modern‑trade channels, monitoring performance by product, territory and team.
• Build and maintain a nationwide distribution network, managing relationships with distributors, dealers and key partners.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams on launches, pricing, positioning and promotional activities.
• Own divisional profitability, budgeting, pricing, discount structures and trade‑margin management.
• Mentor and develop the sales team, establishing KPIs, conducting performance reviews and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, providing intelligence and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage key accounts and stakeholder relationships, negotiating with major distributors and institutional customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing or general management, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances or related retail distribution.
• Proven track record managing large sales/distribution networks and business teams.
• Experience handling revenue, profitability, budgets and business strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and financial data.
