About the role
We are looking for a paid Customer Support Intern to join our floral business in Kathmandu. The role offers hands‑on experience in handling customer communications, order coordination and daily operational tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok) and via phone, providing information or directing them to the appropriate team.
- Coordinate with the florist and delivery teams to ensure bouquets meet specifications and are dispatched on time.
- Maintain and update the customer database with order details and contact information.
- Record customer payments across cash and digital channels and reconcile them with the order management system.
Required profile
- Good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Basic organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
