Printer Technician

About the role

Sagar Group is seeking a dependable, customer‑focused Printer/Copier Service Technician to join its team in Kathmandu. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining Brother printers and multifunction devices while providing on‑site support to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Brother printers and related devices.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Perform regular servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance of laser and inkjet printers.
• Provide on‑site technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts replaced.
• Coordinate with the team for spare parts and technical assistance.
• Travel to customer locations for field service.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary (+2) education.
• 2–3 years of experience in printer or multifunction device servicing.
• Familiarity with Brother MFP printer technology.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Required skills

• Brother MFP printer servicing.
