Province In-Charge – Operations & Sales Leader

About the role

The Province In‑Charge leads all operational, logistics, sales, administrative and branch activities across an assigned province. This senior role ensures operational excellence, drives business growth, maintains high customer satisfaction, and guarantees compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee transportation and logistics operations, ensuring timely pickup, transit, dispatch and delivery across all branches.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, fleet utilization, route optimization and service quality.
• Drive province‑wide sales growth, monitor market trends, manage key client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead, supervise and develop branch staff, enforce discipline, manage recruitment and coordinate workforce planning.
• Monitor operational costs, approve expenses, ensure accurate record‑keeping and support audits.
• Prepare and submit operational, sales and performance reports, track KPIs and conduct regular branch inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing operations, logistics and sales teams.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse data, manage budgets and drive continuous improvement.
