About the role

We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our remote expert network. In this hourly contractor position you will act as a Subject Matter Expert, reviewing and creating AI‑generated clinical content to improve the accuracy and safety of advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

Develop AI training prompts and gold‑standard answers aligned with your clinical specialty.
Evaluate, rank, and provide detailed feedback on AI‑generated clinical responses.
Identify and correct inaccuracies, unsafe recommendations, bias, and red‑flag situations.
Fact‑check clinical information and write clear, step‑by‑step explanations.
Rate multiple AI outputs for correctness and reasoning quality.

Required profile

Active NP/APRN licensure (or eligibility) in at least one jurisdiction.
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in an advanced practice or specialist role.
Strong clinical reasoning skills: differential diagnosis, triage, red‑flag recognition, and escalation.
Experience managing common and complex conditions within your specialty.
