Sales Executive – Lift & Elevator Solutions

About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive the sale of lift and elevator solutions in the Teku area of Kathmandu. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with architects, contractors and developers, and supporting modernization projects.

Key responsibilities

• Visit buildings with elevator or escalator requirements and gather client data.
• Raise enquiries for modernization sales and conduct surveys of existing equipment.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and product advancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as experienced candidates.
• Willingness to travel within the market.
• Results‑driven mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Technical understanding of elevator technology and installation processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
