Sales Manager – EdTech (Kathmandu)

About the role

Nobigo AI is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive enrollment for its digital education platform that prepares Nepalese students for Japanese language exams and migration opportunities. The role focuses on selling app‑based products and live‑class cohorts, working closely with marketing and partner institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into paying students for JLPT test prep, AI interview practice, JFT mock exams, and Resume Builder.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline from initial inquiry through counseling sessions to enrollment.
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets across SSW (Study‑Work‑Stay) and general‑student segments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Represent Nobigo AI at partner consultancies, education fairs, and other outreach events.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably with digital products, edtech, or subscription‑based services.
• Strong motivation to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English; Japanese is a plus.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑moving startup environment.
