Sales Manager - Inbound Tour & Correspondence

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our inbound tour and correspondence operations. The role involves creating bespoke travel packages, managing MICE tours and driving contract negotiations across key market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and partners efficiently.
• Develop and customize tour products tailored to specific market segments.
• Create bespoke travel packages quickly to meet client needs.
• Independently manage MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) tours.
• Lead, coach and oversee a sales team, ensuring smooth operational performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inbound or outbound travel sales and correspondence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field with relevant experience.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of team management.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with high punctuality and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated honesty, integrity and a deep knowledge of destinations such as Tibet, Bhutan, India, etc.
