About the role

Hotel Palm International is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive corporate sales and strengthen client relationships for its hospitality operations in Kathmandu.

Key responsibilities

Identify and approach new corporate clients, travel agencies and business partners to generate bookings.
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, conducting regular visits and follow‑ups.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Coordinate with the hotel team in Butwal to ensure smooth handling of corporate bookings and client requirements.

Required profile

Previous experience in hotel sales or corporate sales is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
Good knowledge of the Kathmandu market and an established business network.
Target‑oriented, proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
