Senior Full‑Stack Engineer (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role

Decimal Tech is seeking a senior full‑stack engineer to lead the design and implementation of cloud‑native SaaS products. This hands‑on technical leadership position combines coding, architecture decisions, and mentorship of other engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Write production‑grade code for both frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, TypeScript, AWS Lambda).
• Design, build, and scale serverless architectures using API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, and EventBridge.
• Define infrastructure‑as‑code using AWS CDK, Terraform or Pulumi and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with product and AI teams to integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, and Python‑based ML services.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across the engineering organization.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of production experience on AWS, including serverless services.
• Proven technical leadership and ability to guide engineering teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for building scalable systems.
