Server Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Server Engineer to maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot our server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with both Windows and Linux servers and be able to quickly diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and performance incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve server‑related incidents and performance problems.
• Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Diagnose hardware, software, OS, and server performance issues.
• Identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions.
• Perform health checks, preventive maintenance, and incident handling.
• Handle CPU, memory, disk, storage, network connectivity, and system service issues.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain server operating systems and applications.
• Document procedures, incidents, resolutions, and technical changes.
• Coordinate with network, security, application, and IT support teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in server administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and incident‑handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to critical issues.
