Spa & Wellness Receptionist (5-Star Hotel)

About the role

Our 5‑star luxury hotel is seeking a friendly and presentable Spa & Wellness Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests. The role is ideal for BHM students or early‑career hospitality professionals who want hands‑on front‑office experience with flexible shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations and walk‑ins professionally.
• Manage front‑desk operations including phone calls, emails and basic documentation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure smooth guest service.
• Maintain accurate guest records and process payments (cash/card).
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized and professional at all times.

Required profile

• BHM students (ongoing or completed) or 6–12 months experience in hotel reception, front office or customer service.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Nepali; Hindi a plus.
• Punctual, reliable, flexible with shift timings and able to multitask under pressure.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills – MS Office.
• Familiarity with hotel Property Management System (PMS) is an advantage.
