Sponsorship Operations Trainee (One‑year Fixed‑term)

About the role

World Vision International Nepal is offering a one‑year Sponsorship Trainee position. The role provides fresh graduates with hands‑on experience in child and community sponsorship operations, supporting the West Field Office and Area Program’s Sponsorship department.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with overall Sponsorship Management, including correspondence and timeline maintenance.
• Support the review, upload, and coordination of Sponsorship 3.0 products in Horizon SSUI.
• Maintain Registered Children (RC) data and area program profiles.
• Provide administrative and logistic support during peak sponsorship periods.
• Coordinate with Field Sponsorship, PNGO, finance, SCM, and ME teams.
• Help organize meetings and training sessions for the Sponsorship team.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (preferably Nepali) with a strong interest in child welfare and humanitarian work.
• Ability to understand and follow World Vision’s sponsorship standards and processes.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Attention to detail for data management and correspondence handling.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Horizon sponsorship system (programmatic and sponsorship modules).
• Basic computer literacy and data entry proficiency.
