Front Desk Officer

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and guests at our office in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. The role combines customer service with basic administrative duties, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain front‑desk records.
• Maintain visitor logs, office documentation, and other records.
• Coordinate with various departments to relay messages and information.
• Perform basic administrative and office support tasks.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Provide consistent, high‑quality customer service.
