Sponsorship Trainee – One‑Year Program

About the role

World Vision International Nepal offers a one‑year Sponsorship Trainee program for recent Nepali graduates. The trainee will work in Bardibas, supporting the Sponsorship Operations team and gaining hands‑on experience in child sponsorship, data management, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sponsorship department with timely and high‑quality correspondence management.
• Maintain compliance with operational timelines, data integrity, and child‑protection protocols.
• Support the upload and review of Sponsorship 3.0 products into the Horizon SSUI system.
• Participate in child monitoring, community events, and local development initiatives.
• Contribute to stakeholder coordination, communication, and impact reporting.

Required profile

• Recent graduate from a Nepali university.
• Strong interest in child‑focused development and humanitarian work.
• Ability to work collaboratively with field offices and area programs.
• Commitment to adhering to World Vision’s global standards and child‑protection policies.
