UK Education Counsellor

About the role

We are seeking experienced, target‑oriented UK Education Counsellors to support students throughout the entire UK study‑abroad journey. You will guide candidates and their families from selecting courses and universities to completing applications and securing visas.

Key responsibilities

• Advise students and parents on UK universities, courses, intakes, fees and admission criteria.
• Process applications via UCAS and direct university portals.
• Assist with the UK student visa process, including CAS, financial documents, TB test and interview preparation.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with students, universities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing.
• Keep accurate student records and meet recruitment targets.
• Represent the organisation at education fairs and university representative meetings when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UK Education Counsellor.
• Strong knowledge of the UK education system, universities, courses and intake periods.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Professional attitude, attention to detail and a target‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with UCAS application platform.
