LAA Catalyst – Early Childhood Caregiver

About the role

Life Project 4 Youth is looking for a compassionate LAA Catalyst to join Little Angels Academy in Gairigaon, Tinkune. The role focuses on providing a safe, nurturing environment for children of young mothers, enabling families to engage in training and professional opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily care and supervision for 10–15 children aged 6 months to 5 years.
• Plan and lead creative, educational, physical, and language‑based activities.
• Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks while maintaining hygiene standards.
• Attend to children’s personal care needs, including diaper changes and hygiene.
• Manage the academy’s budget and oversee day‑to‑day financial activities.
• Coordinate medical check‑ups and healthcare needs for children.
• Organise educational outings and conduct awareness sessions for mothers on childcare, health, and development.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 28 years.
• Diploma or mandatory experience in childcare.
• At least one prior role working with children.
• Good English communication skills.
• Responsible, patient, flexible, and nurturing personality.
• Proactive in planning educational and recreational activities.
• Mothers are highly encouraged to apply.
