Telemarketer (Full‑time, Kathmandu)

About the role

Jamboree Education Nepal is looking for a motivated Telemarketer to join its on‑site team in Kathmandu. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, delivering clear information about our test‑preparation courses.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads generated from marketing campaigns.
• Explain course features, schedules, and enrollment procedures.
• Answer inquiries professionally and handle objections.
• Schedule appointments or demo classes with the counseling and admissions teams.
• Maintain accurate call logs, follow‑up schedules, and lead tracking in the CRM.
• Contribute to enrollment targets through effective communication and relationship‑building.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Basic sales and customer‑service abilities.
• Organizational skills for managing call records and follow‑ups.
• Fluency in English and local languages spoken in Kathmandu.
• Minimum high‑school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Team player attitude with a focus on meeting targets.
