UI/UX Design Instructor

About the role

Mindrisers Institute of Technologies is looking for a passionate UI/UX Design Instructor to deliver high‑quality, hands‑on training to aspiring designers. You will guide students through core design principles, industry‑standard tools, and real‑world projects, helping them build professional portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured training sessions covering design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, usability, and accessibility.
• Teach practical use of Figma for interface design and prototyping.
• Mentor students on real‑world projects, portfolio development, and career preparation.
• Design assessments, quizzes, and project‑based evaluations, providing timely feedback.
• Continuously update curriculum and training materials to reflect emerging UI/UX trends.
• Maintain an engaging, collaborative classroom environment and manage attendance and progress records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Multimedia, Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design or teaching UI/UX.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting learner growth.
