Videographer – Content & Creative Team

About the role

Hamro Patro is seeking a creative Videographer to join its content and creative team. The role focuses on planning, shooting, and delivering high‑quality video content for the brand’s products, services and social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, events and promotional content.
• Operate cameras, lighting, audio and other production equipment to capture professional footage.
• Develop creative concepts in collaboration with content, marketing and design teams.
• Shoot interviews, product videos, reels, event coverage and other digital formats.
• Handle pre‑production tasks such as scripting, storyboarding, shot planning and location scouting.
• Maintain and organize footage, project files and production assets.
• Stay updated on video trends, platform specifications and visual styles.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in videography or video production (freshers with strong portfolio considered).
• Strong visual sense and storytelling ability.
• Ability to work independently and within a fast‑paced creative team.
• Good communication, time‑management and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Professional camera operation.
• Lighting setup and composition.
• Audio recording techniques.
• Knowledge of video formats and specifications for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms.
• Basic video editing and post‑production workflow.
