AI Operations Specialist

About the role

The AI Operations Specialist will design, monitor, and improve AI‑driven workflows that support real‑estate operations at RV Group Nepal. This position embeds AI tools into daily work, validates outputs, and trains staff, without building AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain AI operations workflows, including data ingestion, validation, automation pipelines, and monitoring dashboards.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities across real‑estate processes.
• Translate business requirements into clear AI/analytics use cases, define success metrics, and create delivery plans.
• Validate model outputs, automate quality checks, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Prioritize, triage, and resolve AI system incidents such as performance degradations, data quality issues, and workflow failures.
• Document AI operational procedures, runbooks, and change logs for audit and continuous improvement.
• Track KPIs for AI workflows, report results, and recommend evidence‑based optimizations.
• Prepare and revise commercial documentation (quotations, BOQs, rate analyses, variation statements, cost comparisons) for residential and commercial projects.
• Verify quantities and specifications against drawings, 3D renders, and site measurements; identify mismatches.
• Maintain rate benchmarks across projects for consistent pricing.
• Draft client and institutional correspondence (recovery letters, payment reminders, handover notices) with appropriate tone.
• Build reusable templates, checklists, and standard instructions for recurring documents.
• Train staff across departments on practical AI tool usage and maintain a plain‑language guide.
• Identify manual, repetitive processes suitable for AI‑assisted handling and propose changes.
• Own verification step to ensure no figure, date, name, or legal reference is released solely on AI output.

Required profile

• Strong commercial and technical judgement to assess AI output accuracy.
• Ability to train and support staff in using AI tools.
• Attention to detail and rigorous verification mindset.
• Experience with real‑estate operational processes and documentation.
