Branch Manager – Education Consultancy

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, target‑oriented Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our education consultancy in Chitwan, Nepal. The role combines counseling, team leadership, business development, and operational oversight to ensure smooth branch performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all daily branch activities and operations.
• Lead the counseling team to achieve enrollment and recruitment targets.
• Provide student counseling and guidance on study‑abroad opportunities.
• Monitor team performance, workflow efficiency, and client relationship management.
• Develop and implement business and student recruitment strategies for branch growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams and foreign university/college representatives.
• Prepare regular performance and operational reports for senior management.
• Ensure quality service, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Education, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in counseling and consultancy operations.
• Strong knowledge of education consultancy and student counseling processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven team‑management, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, and capable of independently handling branch operations.
