Brand & Marketing Manager – FMCG

About the role

The Brand & Marketing Manager (FMCG) will lead the development and execution of brand strategies to strengthen market presence and drive growth for fast‑moving consumer goods. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with sales, product and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies, positioning and messaging for FMCG products.
• Analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to inform brand decisions.
• Plan and oversee integrated campaigns across traditional and digital media.
• Coordinate with sales, product and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Manage agency relationships and monitor brand performance metrics.
• Contribute to product development, pricing strategies and promotional plans.
• Track and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of brand or marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong background in market analysis, consumer research and data‑driven decision making.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree or specialised FMCG experience is a plus.
• Prior experience as a Brand Manager or similar role within consumer products.
