Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to plan, execute and optimise marketing and paid‑ad campaigns that capture attention, generate demand and support company growth. The role is based on‑site in Kathmandu and offers the chance to work closely with a creative team while handling both paid and organic channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Develop ad angles, offers, audience targeting and briefs aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify successful tactics and improve under‑performing results.
• Translate performance insights into improved ads, landing‑page concepts and future campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a steady pipeline of testable content.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in marketing, paid‑ads or a combination of both.
• Ability to present past campaigns with clear goals, personal contributions and measurable outcomes (leads, sales, CPA, ROAS, reach, growth).
• Understanding of campaign structure, audience segmentation, creative testing and performance metrics.
• Data‑driven mindset focused on measurable results.
• Prior experience in content creation, writing, editing or design is a strong plus.
