Industrial Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and result‑oriented Industrial Sales Manager to lead our industrial sales activities, build key customer relationships, and expand our presence in the industrial market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire industrial clients.
• Manage B2B negotiations, quotations and commercial discussions.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitors and industry trends.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and regular sales reports for management.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, finance and other departments for smooth order execution.
• Lead, motivate and monitor the sales team to achieve targets.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or B2B sales.
• Strong knowledge of industrial markets and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proven leadership and team‑management skills.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with sales reporting tools.
