About the role

We are seeking a Marketing and Social Media Associate to be the digital voice of our premium handmade rug brand. You will create engaging content that showcases our products, people, and commitment to inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Produce authentic, fun content about our carpets, team, and inclusion initiatives.
• Plan and execute high‑conversion campaigns to attract customers and partners.
• Design promotional graphics, reels, blog posts and behind‑the‑scenes stories.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize engagement.
• Represent the company as an ambassador for inclusive hiring and craftsmanship.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in social media or marketing (internships count).
• Creative storytelling ability with strong writing skills.
• Independent work style, curiosity and collaborative mindset.
• Passion for inclusion and social change.
