Social Media and Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Social Media and Content Specialist to manage our social media channels, produce engaging digital content, strengthen our online presence and support lead‑generation and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish daily content such as posts, reels, stories and videos.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Respond promptly to online inquiries, comments and messages.
• Promote courses, intakes, training programmes, consultancy services, events and announcements.
• Share success stories, testimonials, achievements and case studies.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates and competitor activities.
• Support lead‑generation and digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist with online reputation management and flag sensitive issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and online engagement.
• Experience in the education or consultancy sector is a plus.
• Creative, organized and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Video editing and digital content creation.
• Hands‑on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
