Store Representative – Retail Sales (Baneshwor, Maharajgung & Bhanimandal)

About the role

We are seeking motivated Store Representatives to join our retail team across Baneshwor, Maharajgung and Bhanimandal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products while driving sales and ensuring the store looks inviting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in a professional manner.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products and actively upsell or cross‑sell.
• Maintain tidy, well‑stocked product displays and ensure shelves are clean.
• Handle billing, invoicing and cash/QR transactions accurately.
• Record sales, prepare daily reports and coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability.
• Promote ongoing offers, campaigns and in‑store events.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Follow company policies, reporting structure and disciplinary guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum education: +2 (Intermediate) or a Bachelor’s degree; retail experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Honest, punctual, presentable and able to work under pressure.
• Team‑player with a positive mindset and willingness to work flexible shifts.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge, especially POS and billing systems.
• Familiarity with digital payment methods such as QR codes and mobile banking.
