Category Executive – Mom & Baby

About the role

At Jeevee, we believe that Mom & Baby is more than just another product category; it is built on trust, care and everyday decisions that matter to families. We are looking for a Category Executive – Mom & Baby who can combine commercial thinking with a genuine understanding of mothers’ and babies’ needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Mom & Baby product category across Jeevee’s online and retail channels, identifying opportunities based on customer needs, market trends and sales performance.
• Research, evaluate and source new Mom & Baby products and brands, negotiating commercial terms and maintaining accurate product information.
• Develop a deep understanding of new‑mom and parent needs, track feedback and translate insights into assortment decisions.
• Monitor sales, margins, inventory and product performance, supporting promotional campaigns and preparing regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize stock‑outs and manage product launches or discontinuations.
• Work with Marketing and Content teams to create clear, responsible product descriptions and educational content for parents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in category management, ecommerce, merchandising, retail or procurement.
• Strong interest in Mom & Baby products and a good understanding of ecommerce and retail business.
• Analytical and commercial thinking with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail‑oriented, comfortable working with sales data, product information and suppliers, and able to work cross‑functionally.
