Senior Sales Executive – Warehouse Equipment

About the role

The Senior Sales Officer will lead sales activities for the Warehouse Equipment Division, focusing on forklifts, hand pallet trucks, HOPT, stackers, racking systems and other material‑handling solutions. The role requires a proactive professional who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth across industrial, logistics, manufacturing and warehousing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales targets and achieve monthly and annual goals for warehouse equipment.
• Identify potential customers, conduct field visits and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct on‑site product demonstrations and recommend suitable solutions.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and generate quality leads.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close deals with professionalism.
• Coordinate with logistics, service and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation and after‑sales support.
• Maintain sales reports, customer databases and pipeline updates for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in material handling or industrial equipment.
• Strong understanding of forklifts, warehouse equipment and industrial operations.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and solve customer problems.
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
• Valid two‑wheeler license (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
