Bid and Tender Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Bid and Tender Officer to join our growing team. In this role you will work closely with multiple departments to spot new business opportunities and deliver high‑quality bid and tender submissions that meet strict guidelines and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate relevant bid and tender opportunities across various markets.
• Prepare, compile and submit complete bid documentation in line with client specifications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders—including sales, finance, legal and operations—to gather required information.
• Ensure all submissions comply with regulatory and procedural requirements and are delivered on time.
• Maintain accurate records of bids, tender status and supporting documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proven capability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
