BIM Modeler (MEP) – Revit & AutoCAD Expertise

About the role

We are seeking a BIM Modeler specialized in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) to support our design and coordination teams. The role focuses on creating accurate 3D models, detecting clashes, and preparing documentation for construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed MEP models using Revit and AutoCAD MEP.
• Produce and maintain shop drawings and as‑built documentation.
• Perform clash detection, generate reports, and support issue resolution.
• Coordinate MEP models with structural and architectural disciplines.
• Route ducts, pipes, and cable trays according to design standards.
• Assist senior engineers with model reviews and updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction sequencing requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience as a BIM Modeler on MEP projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP shop drawings.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD MEP or similar drafting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
